Renovation and conversion of listed building into 5* hotel in the historical center of Thessaloniki
The privately owned, 1931 building in the historical center of Thessaloniki was converted into a brand-new, luxury 5* urban boutique hotel according to the designof D. Tsitos Creative Team architects. Works included the restoration and reinforcement of the bearing structure, the construction of 2 additional stories, the enhancement of the antiquities uncovered during construction, etc.
